Blood Mage: A full listing of his blood mage abilities is here! This magic will not work on powerful demons or those related to demons. Those lacking blood are also, obviously, immune. No control of Gems or cybernetic creatures, stuff like that. The full body control is not willpower based. Blood mages are pretty stinking powerful in his setting but it's completely opt-in if he could use his blood manipulation or blood drain on any given character. As everyone is from different worlds, even within his own setting, it's easy enough to say that their blood is just too different.
This would exempt them from being healed via his blood magic as well!

Offensive subjects: I'm fine with violence, gore, serious injury, darker subjects in general. Please get OOC consent for anything overtly sexual in nature and please don't be offended if I decline, it's not my cup of tea generally. Absolutely nothing dub/non-con of a sexual nature, ever. Period.

Kissing this character: Sure. He'll flirt like mad if someone does.
Flirting with this character: Go right ahead. Prepare for shameless flirting in return.
Fighting with this character: Read warnings before you engage him.
Injuring this character: Anything that can be reasonably recovered from with magical healing within a month is fair game. No loss of limb or vision, the dude only has one eye to start with.
Killing this character: No
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Sure, empathy is fine too. He might well avoid your character if he finds out.
